Linear vs Non-Linear Components: Pie of the day

Hy, today's pie is about Linear and Non-Linear components. In this one minute pie, you'll learn the difference between both. The linear components are those components whose voltage versus current values are directly related to each other and can be plotted on a straight line, an example is carbon resistor. Whereas non-linear components are those whose voltage versus current characteristics is not a straight line, a rectifier suits the best example for non-linear components.
